I so enjoyed hand stitching the felt flower quilt that I have decided to start on another hand project. I'm making a few blocks using a fabric background I bought at a Japanese fabric shop. The patterns are from Quiltmania magazine (by Susan Rhodes) and I'm using my Bali shot cottons for the applique. It is so addictive that I've almost finished the first 18" block. All raw edge, fusible applique, hand stitched. Lovely!....
