Shoalwater and Sashings

Just returned from a busy committee retreat at beautiful shoalwater bay. It was supposed to be a relaxing weekend but I quickly focused on putting my DJ blocks together and sat sewing at every opportunity. It did feel a bit like a race to the finish as I knew that I had to knuckle down if I wanted to get it all together. Thankfully I managed to stitch the last seam just before our final lunch. I'm very happy with the way it has turned out and am looking forward to adding those pesky triangles...
