I’ve been working on a new wall quilt for the last few weeks, using the Swedish woven heart technique that Gillian Travis adapted for fabric. I did a workshop with Gillian a few years ago and have wanted to use the technique to make a blue and white quilt reminiscent of delft tiles.
After using as many patterns as I could find on the web (including the workshop ones) I started drawing up my own. It got a bit compulsive in the end, as I was aiming on making 100 different blocks. Here is the work in progress...

I also wanted to record which patterns belonged to which block, as the patterns bear no resemblance to the finished block.
